
Hall leads a team of dedicated professionals creating the strategy, programs, and support infrastructure needed to ensure quality service delivery to Tech Force’s internal and external customers. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership and resourcefulness in both the Health Care and Telecommunications industries. His extensive experience in maximizing technical resources and facilitating top-notch operations through strategic planning and team guidance will ensure our customer’s service level expectations are met and exceeded.
Prior to Tech Force, Hall served as the Vice President of Information Technology for the American Heart Association, a national non-profit organization. During his tenure with the American Heart Association, Hall managed, instituted, and implemented many technology initiatives across the US. Hall also served as a Manager with Alltel Information Services. In this role, Hall headed a management team of technology professionals supporting both US based and overseas software developers.
Over the course of his career Hall has obtained numerous professional and technical certifications including his MCSE, as well as business management certificates in Process Flow, Project & Program Management, Business Improvement, and Technology Integration.
